Shipping policy

All online orders are subject to review and are typically shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Items ordered together may not always ship in the same package.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Maho is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
