Leyshla Mauro | Founder & Designer of MAHO

Fashion has always been a part of who I am.

My journey began in the fashion industry, where I spent years working as a model agent in Puerto Rico and New York, and as a fashion stylist for magazines in Puerto Rico and Miami. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work on advertising campaigns, creative productions, and with musical artists, experiences that shaped my eye for style, creativity, and the little details that make something truly special.

After years of bringing creative visions to life, I felt inspired to create something of my own. That's how MAHO The Label was born.

My love for fashion, the ocean, and effortless style naturally led me to jewelry design. I wanted to create pieces that feel personal, unique, and a little unexpected. Jewelry that tells a story and becomes part of yours.

Every MAHO piece reflects a little of who I am: my creativity, my love for beautiful details, and my belief that the most special things are made with intention.
